The company has an annual turnover of approximately 800 million CZK and employs about 140 employees. It is engaged in the production of food and technical granulates, extruded tubes, hoses and profiles, as well as the coating of metal sheets and various metal parts according to customer requirements. Its portfolio is therefore very broad and its products are directed to final processors from various industries and sectors ranging from the automotive, beverage and cable industries to the construction industry.<\/p>\n TIBERINA Automotive B\u011bl\u00e1 s.r.o.,<\/strong> based in B\u011bl\u00e1 pod Bezd\u011bzem, is a major supplier of pressed and welded metal parts for the automotive industry. Last year, the company managed to win a number of new orders from domestic and foreign companies; its parts will be used, for example, in new \u0160koda and STELLANTIS cars. In connection with these new orders, the company invested in production technology and buildings. Great attention is paid to continuous process improvement to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. TIBERINA Automotive Bela’s strategy also focuses on retaining and recruiting new employees, motivating them and ensuring their job satisfaction.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o.<\/strong> has been operating in No\u0161ovice since 2008 and has produced over 4.8 million cars for customers from more than 70 countries around the world. The i30, Kona Electric and Tucson models roll off the production line. Electrified cars account for more than 50% of production.<\/p>\n Magna Exteriors Bohemia s.r.o. ,<\/strong> whose history dates back to 1946, when its predecessor Plastimat was founded, has been part of the Canadian global group Magna International, one of the world’s largest suppliers to the automotive industry, since 2009. The company specializes in the development and production of plastic exterior parts for the world’s leading automotive manufacturers. Plants in the Czech Republic operate two modern facilities in Liberec and Nymburk, as well as modular centres in Plazy, Lipovka, Regensburg, Lipsko, Brodce and Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav. Together, the two plants employ over 2,800 people. Production uses technologies such as injection moulding, painting, robotic bonding, laser punching and various welding methods. Thanks to its global reach and shared know-how, Magna Exteriors Bohemia is a strong and stable partner in the automotive industry.<\/p>\n \u0160koda Auto a.s.<\/strong> is one of the world’s longest continuously producing automotive companies. Its history dates back to 1895, when V\u00e1clav Laurin and V\u00e1clav Klement laid the foundations of the now globally operating company. The company started 130 years ago with bicycles, then expanded its product range to include motorcycles, and in 1905 it started producing passenger cars in Mlad\u00e1 Boleslav. In the following decades, the carmaker first became a leader on the domestic market and, after its integration into the Volkswagen Group in 1991, a competitive global player. Today, \u0160koda offers the widest model range in its history, providing customers with \u201cthe best of both worlds\u201d – both in terms of powertrain options and body variants. The range includes all-new all-electric models, plug-in hybrids and models powered by fuel-efficient combustion engines. The \u0160koda brand is intensely committed to the concept of sustainability – from 2021, the Vrchlab\u00ed plant is CO2-neutral and by the end of the decade, all Czech plants will be CO2-neutral. As part of social sustainability, the company tries to bring the concept of Creating Shared Value (CSV) into its activities.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Automotive Business of the Year competition evaluated the basic economic results of companies for the year 2024. It was judged according to three equally weighted criteria: the economic result before taxes (in CZK million), value added per employee (in CZK million\/employee) and a composite sales criterion, which included the year-on-year change in sales of own products and services (in %), as well as sales of own products and services per employee (in CZK million\/employee). The final ranking was determined on the basis of the sum of the rankings in each criterion. A total of 75 companies participated in this year’s competition.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
