Besides the usual Administration function that must be carried out for the AIA, the Secretariat is able in the automotive and cooperating sectors to: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li3\"><strong>gather, analyse and distribute technical, production, commercial and statistical information<\/strong>, both local and foreign<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>ensure effective relations<\/strong> and exchange of information between partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">seek topics for domestic and international cooperation and develop them<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">effect domestic and international liaison between partners in all forms of collaboration<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><b>organize initial negotiations between Czech and foreign partners<\/b>,<b> <\/b>provide consultation and expert advice<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">co-ordinate joint technical development of AIA and joint AIA proposals or representations concerning technical legislation<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><strong> promote and represent the interests of AIA and its members <\/strong>to national, foreign and international authorities, bodies and institutions, both private and public<\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>promote status and image, to raise profile of AIA and its members<\/strong> by undertaking activities in the field of exhibitions, dissemination of information and public relations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Some of the AIA Secretariat\u00b4s contacts<\/b><br \/>\nWe have many useful contacts and sources, for instance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first-child\">Czech manufacturers, domestic and foreign trade companies<\/li>\n<li>Czech governmental offices, ministries, central bodies and authorities<\/li>\n<li>Czech embassies abroad, foreign manufacturers, traders, consultants<\/li>\n<li>automotive industry associations, societies, unions and similar organizations abroad<\/li>\n<li>international organizations of the automotive industry and trade<\/li>\n<li class=\"last-child\">foreign embassies\u00b4 commercial sections in the Czech Republic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Secretariat offers its services, according to The Agreement on the Automotive Industry Association, first to AIA members, then to other partners (conditions to be negotiated).
