Grant conditions

• A minimum of 5 companies must participate in the trade fair, of which at least 3 must be part of a joint exhibition.

• We support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a registered office or place of business outside the capital city of Prague.

• Projects are co-financed from the Operational Programme Technology and Applications for Competitiveness 2024–2027.

• The mandatory participant contribution (co-financing) is only 30%.

• Support is available for conferences, seminars, symposia, and other related events.

• For SME participation, eligible expenditure may include a return flight ticket up to a maximum of CZK 10,000.

• SMEs receive de minimis support in the form of subsidized services up to a value of CZK 160,000.

Innovating the look, materials and layout of the joint exhibition in the NOVUMM2KET project

Participation in the joint CzechTrade exhibition

• The company is presented together with other Czech exhibitors at a joint stand under the auspices of CzechTrade. Shared facilities with a kitchenette are available.

• An advantage is the unified appearance and a larger, more visible exhibition.

• CzechTrade provides support for SMEs by arranging the rental of the exhibition space, registration, and technical connections.

• A Central Meeting Area is established within the joint exhibition.

Independent participation with subsidy

• If the condition is met that three companies participate in the joint exhibition, it is possible to support individual exhibitors at their own stands.

• The exhibitor arranges invoicing for the exhibition space, registration fee, technical connections, and any additional services directly with the trade fair organizer to be billed to CzechTrade, which will pay these invoices on behalf of the company. Costs already paid by the participant cannot be reimbursed retroactively.

• The company arranges the exhibition space, stand design, and implementation directly with the trade fair organizer or supplier.

• The advantage is the freedom of stand placement and graphics.
