About event

QPAG Quality Day is an event with a focus on professional quality control solutions for high-volume production parts, especially in the automotive sector. At the 100% Rework branch in Klášterec nad Ohří, we will open the doors to our facility where we provide visual inspection of parts. We will present the main activities that bring savings to our customers:

QPAG measuring machine. Find out how our automation makes quality control more efficient. We will introduce a new measuring and sorting machine for small rotating parts.

The QPAG measuring machine is deployed in live operation and will be part of a guided tour.
3D measurement. Discover the benefits of Scantech 3D scanners. Automated stations for 3D part inspection, data analysis and reverse engineering.
7-axis cobot. Explore the benefits of kassow’s seventh axis cobots. Demonstrations of applications for visual inspection, sorting, logistics and welding.
Technical cleanliness. Get to know our technical cleanliness parts quality control facilities in our hall in Klášterec nad Ohří. The tour will include a demonstration of standard visual manual inspection workstations.

QPAG Quality Day is organised as a professional event for registered participants. It is suitable for production and sales directors, buyers and quality managers. The guided tour of the plant is followed by a networking part of the program with the opportunity for individual consultation of your quality control requirements. The event is free for members of the Automotive Industry Association.
