The use of artificial intelligence is not just a fashionable topic, smart algorithms are becoming an everyday tool that helps companies in the automotive industry manage demanding processes. The workshop will guide you through key areas where AI brings concrete results: from saving time and eliminating errors in routine work to predicting risks in the supply chain. We will show how AI can predict delays and optimize inventory, how it helps analyze risks and identify weaknesses, and how managers can use it to monitor the profitability of orders and make decisions based on data, not estimates. Practical demonstrations will be complemented by real case studies from companies that have already incorporated AI into their processes. You will see functional solutions and concrete benefits - saving time, reducing errors and costs, and stabilizing supply chains.
