About event

A workshop focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence in manufacturing companies will present concrete examples of AI implementation in e-mail communication, technical documentation management, and automation of commercial quotation processes. Participants will gain inspiration on how AI can help streamline company processes, reduce administrative workload, and enable faster use of company data in everyday operations. The programme also includes a guided tour of the THIMM Obaly, k.s. production facility.

  • AI in e-mail communication – sorting, summarizing, and generating reply suggestions in real-life scenarios
  • Making technical documentation accessible through AI (RAG) – working with technical datasheets and specifications, retrieving answers from documentation

13:00–14:30 | Afternoon Session

  • Automation of the quotation process – drawing analysis, information completion, and automation of commercial offer preparation

Speaker 

Filip Plevač served for seven years as the successful CEO of Moravia Cans, a company that received numerous awards in the fields of science and research, economics, and human resources. During his tenure, the company achieved profit growth in the hundreds of percent and revenue growth in the tens of percent. Prior to that, he held the position of CEO at Koryna nábytek. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology, specializing in production machinery, systems, and robotics management, and also completed MBA studies at Nottingham Trent University. He is a respected expert in the field of robotics and the digitalization of manufacturing processes.
