How to streamline the development of metal parts and save in serial production? The workshop will present the entire value chain, from metal 3D printing to powder metallurgy and PIM and MIM technologies to HIP. It includes a tour of the Brain4Industry innovation center and the VIBROM showroom.
The Automotive Industry Association, in cooperation with Brain4Industry and VIBROM, invites you to a professional workshop dedicated to the modern development and production of metal components. Experts from Brain4Industry, VIBROM and CARDAM Solution will guide participants through the entire journey of a metal part. It begins with a design, continues with metal 3D printing using the SLM method and a functional prototype, and ends with serial production using PIM and MIM technologies and hot isostatic pressing (HIP). In specific case studies, they will show how component optimization and the appropriate choice of production technology can lead to savings and more efficient serial production. The topic will also be how to manage costs already in the design phase. The workshop is intended for R&D, purchasing, technology and production employees who are solving cost optimization problems and considering the use of progressive production technologies.
