We invite you to the official opening of the Q-LAB technical cleanliness laboratory in Brno.

QPAG will present a new specialized workplace focused on the analysis and management of contamination of parts in production according to VDA 19.1 / ISO 16232 standards, which expands capacities in the field of technical cleanliness for the automotive and mechanical engineering industries.

The program is designed practically. It focuses on real production problems: identification of sources of contamination, methods of its evaluation and implementation of specific measures leading to the stability of quality control processes and reduction of complaints.

introductory expert block focused on technical cleanliness and cooperation between QPAG and ZEISS
presentation of modern technologies including particle analysis (ZEISS)
commented tours of the QPAG technology center and practical demonstrations:
Q-LAB, technical cleanliness laboratory in ISO 7 mode
Accredited calibration laboratory
Precise control measurements and 3D scanning (control and measurement center)
Quality control automation (development and production of measuring machines)
AI visual inspection of surface defects (24 Vision)
space for sharing experiences and networking of industry experts

The event is intended for production and technical directors, quality management, process engineers, especially from automotive and engineering companies.
