The training is intended for employees in leading positions in the logistics or quality department. The aim of the training is to familiarize the participants with the logistic assessment of MMOG/LE, to present the settings of the MMOG.np environment and to discuss the criteria of individual chapters. The MMOG/LE standard leads to the continuous improvement of the production company. It is a tool that ensures a safe and stable supply chain, maps internal processes and compares them with best practices in the automotive industry: logistics processes and project management. It helps create an action plan and incorporates management changes into the structure.
